Perth's Bree Connor Launches Influencer Agency The A List AU

Perth influencer Bree Connor, known professionally as Bree Connor, has launched The A List AU, the city's first influencer-led influencer agency. The announcement was made during a launch event on April 24, 2026, at the new headquarters of Now Socials Co., a marketing and PR firm where Connor is a key figure.

Redefining the Influencer Landscape

Connor, 34, who has modelled on France's southern shores and partnered with hotels in Mallorca, views herself as a "walking brand." She aims to pass her wisdom to the next generation while remaining in the spotlight. Her real name is Bree Conte.

Behind the curated scenes and flawless make-up, Connor emphasises the discipline and business strategy required in influencing. "I think one of the biggest misconceptions is that influencing is easy or purely aesthetic. The reality is that strong creators are strategic. They understand brand alignment, audience trust, and how to create content that doesn't feel like advertising but still converts," she told PerthNow.

She added, "The industry has shifted, audiences are more aware, and they expect authenticity, not just promotion."

Bridging Brands and Influencers

The A List AU seeks to "bridge the gap between brands and influencers in a way that actually works for both sides." While the West Coast market may not match the scale of the East Coast's highly professional influencer scene, Connor sees it as a benchmark for local potential.

Connor is also a pillar of Now Socials Co., an Instagram-focused marketing and PR firm. The launch event, initially billed as a celebration of Now Socials' first Perth headquarters, surprised guests with the unveiling of The A List AU.

National Ambitions

Starting small, Connor aims to expand beyond Western Australia. "In terms of scale, we're building this to operate nationally, working with brands and talent across Australia, while continuing to elevate the standard of influencer marketing," she declared.

The event attracted a checklist of local media personalities, business owners, and content creators. Prominent guests included Irena Gilbert from The Bachelor, Krissy Bertone from Love Island, Miss Universe Australia alumni Briana Demaio and Ally Chandler, and creators Bernadette Seno and Maddison Kelly.

Connor's venture comes as the influencer industry matures, with audiences demanding authenticity and strategic partnerships over mere promotion.
