Almost a year later, Miles orchestrated a special Christmas surprise. In a TikTok video shared on Sunday, Keleigh is seen opening a large red box to reveal the beautifully recreated white gown. "Miles had my wedding dress that burned in the fire remade," she captioned the emotional post, adding, "So happy, Merry Christmas everyone."
