Body Found in Hunt for Triple Murder Suspect Ingram

A body has been found in the ongoing search for triple murder suspect Julian Ingram, authorities have confirmed. Ingram, 37, vanished from the remote country town of Lake Cargelligo in New South Wales’ Central West on January 22 after allegedly shooting three people dead.

Victims Identified

The victims have been identified as Ingram’s pregnant former partner Sophie Quinn, her aunt Nerida Quinn, and cousin John Harris. A fourth person, Kaleb Macqueen, survived the shooting but sustained serious injuries.

Manhunt and Community Involvement

In March, police stated they believed Ingram was still alive and that someone within the Lake Cargelligo community was assisting him in evading capture. “We do believe there is someone out there in the community that knows where he is and you leave the rest to us,” a police spokesperson said at the time.

Investigators have expressed hope that a substantial reward will encourage anyone with knowledge of Ingram’s whereabouts to come forward. “The smallest piece of information can be that piece of the puzzle that the police are looking for,” authorities noted.

Further details are expected to emerge as the investigation continues.
