According to authorities, it will be alleged that the younger man assaulted the older during an argument, causing him to fall backwards and strike his head on the roadway. The 37-year-old suspect was arrested by officers in Kogarah at approximately 1:50 pm on Thursday and formally charged with manslaughter.
