Three teenage boys have been rushed to hospital, one with life-threatening injuries, following a serious single-vehicle rollover northeast of Bendigo in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Early Morning Crash on Rural Road

Victoria Police report that the incident occurred around 2.35am on Elmore-Raywood Road in the town of Elmore. According to initial investigations, the vehicle left the roadway before rolling. Emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Critical Injuries for Young Driver

All three occupants of the car, all male teenagers, sustained significant injuries. The most seriously hurt is a 17-year-old boy, who was transported to hospital in a critical condition. The other two passengers, aged 19 and 17, were also taken to hospital with injuries described as serious.

Major Collision Detectives Investigate

The circumstances leading up to the crash are now under examination by specialist officers. "Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit have been notified and are attending the scene," a Victoria Police statement confirmed.
