Five young people have been rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a terrifying single-vehicle rollover on a vacant block south of Brisbane.
Details of the Flagstone Crash
The incident occurred on Parkland Drive in Flagstone at approximately 4:44 pm on Saturday. A silver Nissan Navara, carrying five occupants, overturned on the vacant land. The driver, a 17-year-old boy from Flagstone, was among those seriously hurt.
Serious Injuries and Hospitalisations
The impact of the rollover left four of the five teenagers with serious injuries. Emergency services worked quickly to extract the occupants and transport them to multiple hospitals for urgent care.
The 17-year-old male driver and an 18-year-old woman, both from Flagstone, were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Both remain in a serious but stable condition.
A 17-year-old Flagstone girl was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment.
Two younger teenagers were taken to the Queensland Children’s Hospital. A 14-year-old girl is also in a serious but stable condition, while a 15-year-old boy sustained minor injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit has launched a full investigation into the circumstances that led to the single-vehicle rollover. Police are appealing to the public for assistance.
