Kiama Show Celebrates 178th Year with Sunny Skies and Community Spirit
The historic Kiama Show returned for its 178th edition over the weekend, drawing exhibitors and visitors to the picturesque Kiama Showground overlooking the water. The event was blessed with sunny weather, creating a perfect backdrop for a day of community celebration and local pride.

Kiama Show Society president Guy Stearn reported that the show pavilion featured more than 2800 entries on display. "We've got a number of local artisan producers, makers, growers, all in the local and homegrown hubs selling their products and essentially running some demonstrations for the people to watch," Mr Stearn said on Saturday. The event highlighted the region's agricultural and creative talents, with a strong focus on homegrown goods and handmade crafts.

A petting zoo was set up near Chitwick Oval, providing interactive experiences for children, while rides and amusements added to the festive atmosphere.
