Police are urgently appealing for public assistance to locate a 14-year-old boy with Type 1 diabetes who disappeared from his school in Churchlands on Thursday morning.

Concerns for Teen's Welfare

A police spokesperson confirmed they hold serious concerns for the welfare of Sunny Neil Boyd Moffat, who was last seen at Churchlands Senior High School just before midday. The teenager has been missing ever since.

Sunny's father, Wayne Moffat, expressed deep worry that his son might collapse without access to his insulin. In a heartfelt plea shared on a community Facebook page, Mr. Moffat detailed the critical situation.
