British Influencer Bonnie Blue Faces Bali Deportation Over 'Bang Bus' Schoolies Scandal
Bonnie Blue Faces Deportation from Bali Over 'Bang Bus'

British content creator Bonnie Blue is reportedly facing deportation from Indonesia after Bali police questioned her over alleged illegal 'pornographic activities' linked to her infamous 'Bang Bus' during Australian Schoolies celebrations.

Police Interrogation and Legal Breaches

The influencer, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was seen at a Bali police station on Friday afternoon, 5 December 2025. Authorities reportedly interrogated her regarding the operation of her 'Bang Bus' tour, which local police told Daily Mail is not legal in the country.

Blue, who is banned from entering Australia, allegedly acquired a van locally to use as the vehicle for producing explicit content for her OnlyFans platform. This content reportedly involved young men celebrating the end of their school year on the island. Indonesian law strictly prohibits producing, distributing, or publicly displaying pornographic material, with enhanced penalties for involving minors.

Further compounding her legal troubles, police identified issues with the vehicle itself. The ute was registered as white but had been repainted dark blue. Its vehicle tax also expired in 2023. Under Indonesian regulations, a mismatched vehicle colour on the registration certificate can lead to a fine of up to AU$46 or a two-month prison sentence.

Schoolies Chaos and a History of Stunts

The controversy erupted during the annual Schoolies migration to Bali. One of Blue's Instagram videos showed her posing with young men in a club and later driving the blue 'Bang Bus' with revellers in the tray, captioned 'A perfect night from start to end.'

Her presence caused significant disruption earlier in the week when she was ejected from a Bali nightclub for 'being too famous.' Her arrival in the 'Bang Bus' sparked pandemonium, with crowds surging for selfies and hugs, overwhelming security and her own professional team.

This incident follows a history of attention-grabbing stunts. In March, Blue fabricated her own arrest by UK police, posting a clip to her 700,000 Instagram followers showing her being searched next to a police car. A caption, purportedly from her sister, claimed she had been detained. However, a source revealed it was a staged production using hired film prop cars and a community centre posing as a police station, designed to gain notoriety.

Deportation Looms for Banned Influencer

The current police investigation places Blue's stay in Bali in serious jeopardy, with deportation now a likely outcome. Her situation highlights the stark cultural and legal differences regarding adult content and public behaviour between Indonesia and Western nations.

For the Australian Schoolies participants involved or seeking her content, the saga serves as a stark reminder of the legal risks associated with such activities while abroad in a country with stringent laws. The case continues to develop as authorities finalise their findings.
