Perth's Belmont Forum has completely reimagined the traditional holiday shopping trip, launching an immersive Christmas experience designed to create magical memories and social media moments.
A Festive Adventure in Four Dimensions
This year, the shopping centre has introduced a cutting-edge 4D Christmas grotto, moving beyond the standard Santa visit. The experience is built around three free, interactive zones that function as elaborate selfie stations, allowing families to capture their festive spirit without waiting in long queues.
Shoppers can explore an Elves’ Toyshop and wander through a Nutcracker Forest, each offering vibrant, technicolour backdrops perfect for Christmas cards and social posts. For those seeking the classic encounter, a fourth zone houses Santa’s Grotto, where professional photo sessions are available for purchase.
Daily Prizes and VIP Perks
The festive program is packed with opportunities for Perth families to win big. Santa’s Express letter-writing station is making a popular return. Here, children can post their wish lists directly to the North Pole.
Each day, Santa's elves will select one letter, granting the young author up to $200 to spend on their wished-for gifts at Belmont Forum. All 14 daily winners will also receive a special invitation to a VIP morning tea with Santa on Friday, December 19, where they'll collect their gifts and enjoy a photo opportunity.
Additionally, the centre's VIP members can enter an exclusive competition by uploading their best photo from the new grotto sets. The grand prize is a $1000 Belmont Forum Gift Card, ideal for the Boxing Day sales. Anyone can sign up for the VIP program for free to participate.
A Next-Level Christmas Destination
By blending physical sets with digital shareability, Belmont Forum has positioned itself as a must-visit festive hub for Perth this season. The focus on free, interactive fun alongside valuable daily giveaways aims to draw the community together for more than just shopping.
The centre's full Christmas program, including details on the 4D grotto and competition terms, is available on the Belmont Forum website. The experience launched in early December, promising a month of holiday magic for Perth residents.
