The planned development consists of two two-storey buildings, designed to accommodate a total of 16 residential units. In addition to the apartments, the project includes a shared communal driveway, 16 dedicated residential car parking spaces, two visitor parking spots, one on-street parking bay, and 17 bicycle storage spaces to promote alternative transport options.
