The company comprises Katrina as managing director, Emerald as general manager, a core office team of five, and additional staff working behind the scenes or on the road. All members are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and respect.

"Many of our clients have been returning to us time and time again for the past 29 years," Katrina noted. "Now I am looking after their children's, friends', and relatives' loans."

This includes everything from personal loans for vehicles and other needs to first-home purchases, second properties, renovations, debt restructuring, and investment opportunities.

Looking ahead, Katrina is proud to have Emerald as part of the business's succession plan, ensuring long-term support for clients. Emerald became a certified mortgage broker at age 18, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in economics, and has seven years of hands-on experience.
