The 57-year-old man was riding a BMW motorbike when it collided with a Holden Commodore at the intersection of Cunningham Highway and Shelley Road in Clintonvale. The incident occurred at approximately 3:25 PM on Friday.
According to police, initial investigations suggest that the man from Glen Aplin was in the process of turning off the highway at the time of the crash. He sustained critical injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
