Former Fremantle Dockers AFL player Ryan Crowley has entered a plea of not guilty to a series of serious domestic violence charges. The 42-year-old is facing allegations of repeatedly attacking his ex-girlfriend, Lauren Dunn, a former Married at First Sight contestant who has since become an advocate against domestic violence.

The accusations against Crowley span from 2019 to 2025, with incidents reported to have occurred in the Perth suburbs of Cottesloe, Claremont, and West Leederville. According to court proceedings, one witness described Crowley assaulting Dunn to the point of nearly killing her, highlighting the severity of the alleged attacks.
During a recent appearance at Perth Magistrates Court, Crowley pleaded not guilty to 13 charges. Initially facing 16 counts, three were dropped prior to the hearing.
