Police are actively searching for a man and a woman following an incident in which a delivery driver was allegedly threatened with a knife in Hamilton on Thursday morning.

Incident Details

Authorities were called to Lindsay Street around 8am on Thursday, May 7, following reports of a robbery. Upon arrival, officers were informed that a man and a woman had approached a delivery driver, brandished a knife, and threatened the driver before fleeing the scene with a carton of whiskey.

Police quickly conducted a search of the surrounding area, but the suspects were not located.

Suspect Descriptions

The male suspect is described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance, aged in his 40s, and was wearing a dark grey hoodie at the time of the incident.

The female suspect is also described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance, aged in her 40s, and was wearing a white hoodie.
