Despite this, the downpour on her wedding day to Fremantle Dockers star Caleb Serong turned out to be one of the most intimate and cherished moments of their celebration. "We were lucky that because of the rain, we cut our photo time short and headed inside to change into our second looks," Chloe shared with STM. "In that time, we dried off, sat and had a cocktail and were able to debrief the ceremony and take it all in. That was one of the most special and memorable parts of the day."
A Sentimental Venue in Geelong
The Serongs held their nuptials in December on Chloe's family farm in Geelong, a location rich with personal history. This farm was a place where the couple would escape during their boarding school breaks and where their love blossomed. "It is the place we all (now) come together every year as a family and it represents connection, love and togetherness," Chloe explained, highlighting the sentimental value of the venue.
