The footage, shared by Carter on Instagram, shows a man in a dark blue top squatting with his pants around his ankles. Carter is heard rushing over and repeatedly demanding, "Brother, what are you doing?" The man appears confused and responds, "Sorry? What do you mean?" Carter continues to press for an explanation before yelling, "Don't s**t on the ground, you pig."
In his defence, the man insists, "I'm just peeing," but Carter cuts him off, shouting, "Go! Get out of here!" He continues to label the behaviour as "disgusting" and orders the man back to his car before the video concludes. Carter later captioned the viral clip with a question many residents are now asking: "Has this become the norm?"
