- A specialised sex swing for enhanced intimacy options.
- Fourteen separate couches arranged for comfort and privacy.

The applicant estimates that approximately thirty to forty members would regularly utilise the space, with a strict maximum capacity set at fifty individuals to maintain a controlled environment.
