Popular Sunrise reporter Teegan Dolling has shared some joyous personal news with Australia, announcing she is expecting her first child with fiancé Jamie.
A Surprise Arrival for Anzac Day
During a weekend broadcast of the Seven Network's morning show, the television personality revealed that their baby is due to arrive in April. Dolling pointed out that the timing means the birth will likely coincide with Anzac Day, describing it as a wonderful surprise for the couple.
"My fiancé Jamie and I are expecting our first baby in April," Teegan told her co-hosts and viewers. "We're so excited to be able to congratulate us on this journey with us."
Keeping the Gender a Secret
In an age where many parents-to-be find out their baby's sex early, Dolling and her partner have chosen a different path. They have decided to keep it a surprise until the birth, a decision Teegan says has required a new level of self-control.
