Robert Irwin's $3M I'm A Celeb Payday Revealed

Robert Irwin is reportedly set to receive a staggering pay packet of up to $3 million AUD for hosting the upcoming season of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, as major American television networks circle the young star.

Sky-High Salary Follows US Success

Industry sources have revealed to New Idea that Irwin's market value has skyrocketed following his triumphant win on the US version of Dancing With The Stars at the end of last year. The 22-year-old's victory with professional partner Witney Carson has placed him firmly in a new financial league.

"That's genuinely the ballpark he's playing in now," an industry insider stated, confirming the multi-million dollar figure for the Channel Ten reality series. "A lot of American shows approaching him are hovering around that figure."

Loyalty to the Jungle Franchise

Despite the tempting offers from US production companies, insiders say Irwin feels a strong connection to the I'm A Celeb family. Producers are reportedly willing to "work around Robert's jam-packed schedule" to keep him on board.

"He's made it very clear the door isn't closed," the source said. "He just loves the franchise. He knows how special it is... He'd happily talk about coming back."

Celebrating with Family and Animal Friends

The news of his lucrative deal comes as Irwin brought his coveted DWTS mirrorball trophy home to Australia Zoo in Queensland. In a heartwarming Instagram video posted on Friday, he showed the trophy to a sulphur-crested cockatoo, a large snake, and a koala, captioning it: "Had to show my friends what I've been up to."

The family affair included his sister, Bindi Irwin, who wielded her own mirrorball trophy from her 2015 DWTS Australia win. Bindi's daughter, Grace Warrior, was also pictured inspecting the shiny prizes belonging to her mother and uncle.

"So happy," Bindi commented on the post, while their mother, Terri Irwin, added: "All your friends look super proud!"

The 12th season of I'm a Celebrity, which Robert will host alongside comedian Julia Morris, is scheduled to premiere on January 18, 2026.
