The public first sensed trouble when Lachie Neale was conspicuously removed from the majority of posts on Jules' Instagram account. The speculation intensified earlier this week when the AFL star was absent from photos celebrating their son Freddie's first birthday. Further fuelling the rumours, Jules has also unfollowed her husband on the social media platform.

While some reports suggested the couple were attempting to reconcile their differences, Jules Neale took to Instagram to set the record straight in no uncertain terms. "I want to make it very clear that I am not 'working through' anything," she wrote. Her message was stark and emotional, continuing, "I have been betrayed in the most unimaginable way."
