Strong Revenue Growth and Employee Empowerment
Revenue for Intrepid Travel increased by 29 percent, amounting to $809 million. In a move that highlights its commitment to its workforce, the company distributed $10.7 million in employee bonuses through cash and shares. This initiative aligns with Intrepid's core belief that the business should be owned by those who operate it, with employee shareholding now standing at 20 percent. The Intrepid Foundation, the company's not-for-profit arm, contributed a record $3.4 million to communities worldwide, marking a 42 percent increase from the previous year. Additionally, Intrepid has launched a new five-year impact strategy and a climate action plan, which includes establishing a $2 million annual climate impact fund starting in 2026.
