Perth CBD Welcomes Hub Australia's Largest Premium Co-Working Space
Hub Australia has officially opened what it describes as one of the nation's largest premium co-working spaces in the heart of the Perth Central Business District. The privately owned national workspace network has launched One Two Five by Hub at Brookfield Place, marking its 17th clubhouse in Australia and its most versatile location to date.
A Four-Storey Luxury Workspace
Spanning four floors of Tower One at 125 St Georges Terrace, the 10,000 square metre site offers:
- 825 desks across private offices, suites, and dedicated desks
- Large-scale project spaces and conference facilities
- Wellness areas and a sports lounge with gaming facilities
- An outdoor terrace with bookable pavilion areas
- Approximately 2,500 square metres of conferencing and event space for up to 300 guests
The interiors were designed by Hassell, featuring premium amenities such as serviced meeting rooms, an on-site cafe serving coffee, and a hospitality-trained concierge team.
Driven by Market Demand
Hub Australia co-CEO John Preece stated that this second Perth location responds to strong market demand. "Our second Perth location is a response to strong demand from businesses seeking a premium, flexible alternative to traditional offices," he explained. "Operating this facility on behalf of Brookfield Properties allows us to bring Hub's signature hospitality and experience-led approach to one of Perth's most iconic commercial destinations."
Collaboration with Brookfield Properties
The project was delivered in collaboration with Brookfield Properties, which manages the Brookfield Place precinct. Danny Poljak, president of Brookfield Properties and co-head of Real Estate Australia, expressed excitement about introducing a flexible workplace that supports existing tenants while attracting new organisations. "The space accommodates those traditional small to medium enterprises while also providing larger office environments for organisations that require the flexibility to scale in response to project demands," he said.
