Il Locale Pizza Chain Offers to Pay a Month's Rent or Mortgage in Perth
Perth Pizza Chain Could Pay Your January Rent or Mortgage

A popular Perth pizza chain is serving up a slice of financial relief this festive season, offering to cover one lucky customer's rent or mortgage for an entire month.

Dough for Your Door: The Festive Prize

Il Locale, a suburban favourite with outlets across the city, is running a promotion that could see a diner's housing costs for January 2025 completely taken care of. Founder Mathiew Bourget framed the generous giveaway in classic Aussie terms, stating the chain is aiming to make life better "with pizzas, literally."

The concept is straightforward: transfer the dough from their kitchen to your bank account. The promotion is valid for all orders placed until the end of 2025. A winner will be randomly selected on the first day of the new year, with their rent or mortgage payment for the whole of January covered by the business.

How to Get Your Entry

Getting involved is simple, but there is one crucial rule. Every pizza ordered directly from Il Locale counts as one entry into the draw. As Bourget explained on Instagram, "one pizza, it's one entry, and if you're crazy enough, two hundred pizzas is two hundred entries."

He emphasised that orders must be placed directly with the restaurant to qualify. "You go Uber—that's not direct. Websites, walk ins, phone calls, you're in," he said, encouraging customers to engage directly with the local business.

Expanding Reach with Standardised Menus

The promotion comes as the growing chain has streamlined its pricing. Every pizza now costs a flat $22, excluding any additional toppings or extras. This move homogenises the menu across its expanding network of locations.

Il Locale currently operates pizzerias in Scarborough, Subiaco, Currambine, Busselton, Kalamunda, and Stirling, making the competition accessible to residents across Perth and the broader South West region.

For many facing cost-of-living pressures, the chance to win a month free from major housing expenses is a compelling reason to choose a local pizza night. It's a promotional strategy that feeds the community in more ways than one.
