ACT Policing is urgently seeking the public's assistance to locate 46-year-old Mika Sutinen, who has been missing for more than a week. He was last seen in Belconnen on June 25 and has not been heard from since, according to a statement from ACT Policing.
Description and Known Haunts
Mr Sutinen is described as Caucasian with an olive complexion, a trimmed beard, and a shaved head. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a grey hoodie and carrying a black backpack. Police have released a photograph showing him in that attire.
According to authorities, Mr Sutinen is known to frequent several locations including Ainslie Village, Garema Place, Queanbeyan, and Oaks Estate. These areas are being closely monitored as part of the search efforts.
Welfare Concerns
An ACT Policing spokeswoman expressed growing concern for Mr Sutinen's wellbeing. "His carers and police are worried about his welfare," she said. The extended period without contact has heightened the urgency of the search.
