Corrections and Clarifications
The Guardian has published corrections for two errors in recent articles. In a piece on renewable energy published July 8, the percentage of Australia's energy from solar was incorrectly stated as 12%. The correct figure is 15%, according to the Australian Energy Market Operator.
Additionally, a quote in an article on climate policy from July 9 was misattributed to Minister for Climate Change Chris Bowen. The quote was actually made by opposition spokesperson Sarah Henderson. The error has been corrected online.
