A man has tragically lost his life in an Australia Day incident after being pulled from the water at a popular Perth beach. The urgent rescue operation unfolded at Mettams Pool in North Beach, Perth, around 3pm on Monday, when two men aged 33 and 40 found themselves in difficulty during a swim.
