NRL Star Aaron Woods Confronts Woman Over Disgusting Plane Incident

If you are a nose picker or, even worse, a picker-flicker, former NRL star Aaron Woods has issued a stern warning. Woods, who is a Triple M presenter and stars in Channel Seven's new NRL show The Agenda Setters, has publicly shared a shocking story about confronting a woman on an aeroplane over what he called a disgusting act.

Disgusting Incident on a Flight

Woods said he was flying home from Melbourne after filming a pilot for Seven's The Agenda Setters when the incident occurred, forcing him to take immediate action. He described the scene in vivid detail during an episode of his Triple M show Breakfast with Beau, Cat & Woodsy.

I was sitting back, watching Breaking Bad, and I was really into it, but something caught my eye, Woods explained. About three seats in front of me, I watched this lady with her finger in her nose, and she was mucking around with it. I thought to myself, I will see what she does with it.

He continued, She kept playing with her nose and then pulled her finger out, revealing a big booger on the end of her index finger. She started to roll it with her thumb. I was thinking, This could be awesome, she might eat it! You know, I am a sicko, I thought, This is great.

Shocking Flick and Confrontation

What happened next left Woods completely stunned. As I was watching her, she put it on the end of her finger and went bang! And she flicked it, he said. It landed on the lady in front of her, right on her coat. I was sitting there thinking, What have I just witnessed?

Woods noted that the plane was landing and the seatbelt signs were on, which made him unsure whether to take action. The seatbelt sign was on as we were descending. I waited and thought, What do I do here? I am not copping this, he stated.

He decided to act, getting up and walking three rows down to confront the woman. I tapped her on the shoulder and said, What the hell is this? She just said, No, no, no! I replied, Yes, yes, yes! Pick it up now. So, she had to pick it off the lady in front of her. It was disgusting, Woods recounted.

Reactions from Co-hosts and Show Details

Co-host Beau Ryan praised Woods for calling out the bad behaviour, saying, You have seen it and you have called it out. Cat Lynch added that she would have loved the call-out, especially if she were the woman in the coat, remarking, I love that.

Woods also discussed his trial run for The Agenda Setters: Rugby League, which features former Brisbane Broncos premiership captain Corey Parker and Clive Churchill medallist Luke Keary. He described it as a huge success, saying, It was great fun.
