Champion chaser Miss Envy made a rare appearance at Greyhounds WA Mandurah last Friday, delivering a dominant victory in the 652m Free For All. The dual WA Greyhound of the Year was at her sparkling best in her first attempt over the journey, securing the win with a strong jump from box eight.
Miss Envy swept to the lead as they rounded the first corner, then kicked away to a significant advantage down the back straight. She rolled on to score by more than five lengths ahead of runner-up Flaws And Sins in a very slick 36.75 seconds.
It was the first time Miss Envy had raced at the track since September 2024, but local fans will see more of the red brindle star as she heads into the Mandurah Middle Distance series over the next couple of Friday evenings.
Trained by Krystal Shinners, Miss Envy improved her record to 31 wins from 53 starts.
