In the video, the man is heard shouting explicit threats, including "You want f***ing trouble? Inside the targeted home, resident Sean Tavilla initially believed he was safe, hoping the man would leave. "Just leave me alone. I'll keep watching me TV and hopefully he'll piss off," Tavilla recounted. However, the situation quickly deteriorated when the suspect returned armed with weapons.
"At that point, he's using a hatchet and a machete to smash through me timber door," Tavilla said. When those tools proved ineffective, the man allegedly upgraded to a chainsaw, aggressively attacking the door in a fit of rage.

During the violent outburst, the man is also accused of damaging another neighbour's car with an axe. Witness Zack Cole described the scene, saying, "Swinging from above his head, smashing the absolute hell out of it."
