The Wolverine star and Furness have relisted their sprawling West Village home for $41.67 million, a significant drop from its original asking price of $56.38 million.

Despite its A-list pedigree, the triplex apartment has failed to secure a buyer since first hitting the market in 2022. The three-level residence, set within a glass-fronted building designed by renowned architect Richard Meier, spans approximately 1000 square meters across three floors. According to sources, Foster expressed reluctance about living in the home Jackman previously shared with his ex-wife. "Sutton is still nervous about taking that big step into Hugh's world," an insider revealed. Subsequent reports suggested Furness was "shattered" to learn that Jackman and Foster were occupying the penthouse, with one source noting, "Deb is shattered knowing Sutton is making the penthouse her own — the place she poured her soul into."
