Boxing Day crash in Kenwick leaves woman seriously injured

A young woman has been left with serious injuries following a single-vehicle crash in Perth's south-eastern suburbs during the early hours of Boxing Day.

Early Morning Crash on Kenwick Link

Emergency services were called to Kenwick Link just after 2:25am on December 26. A silver MG3 hatchback, which had been travelling westbound towards Roe Highway, left the roadway and collided with a tree.

Passenger Airlifted to Hospital

The most seriously injured occupant was a 32-year-old female passenger who was seated in the rear of the vehicle. She was transported to Royal Perth Hospital for urgent medical treatment. The driver and a front-seat passenger also sustained injuries, but they are reported to be non-life-threatening.

Major Crash Investigation Underway

Major Crash investigators have attended the scene to conduct a detailed forensic examination. They are working to determine the exact circumstances that led to the vehicle leaving the road.
