Occupants of the Stolen Land Rover
Four teenagers were believed to be occupying the stolen Land Rover at the time of the crash. The group included a 17-year-old boy from Capalaba, a 16-year-old boy from Rochedale South, another 16-year-old boy from Loganholme, and a 14-year-old girl from Upper Mount Gravatt. All four were taken into custody a short distance from the crash scene and transported to hospital under police guard, sustaining what were described as minor injuries.

The Queensland Ambulance Service reported that a man in his 20s, believed to be driving the Mazda CX-60, sustained serious leg injuries in the collision. He was initially trapped in the wreckage before emergency services freed him. Another man in the same vehicle, also thought to be in his 20s, was taken to hospital in a stable condition with cuts and chest pain.
The single occupant of the Toyota Hiace, a 41-year-old man from Spring Mountain, fortunately did not sustain any physical injuries, according to police statements.
