Richarna Clarke, a 22-year-old resident of Manoora in Cairns, was found deceased at a Pease Street home on Saturday, May 18. Queensland Police were called to the address just before 7:30 pm that evening, where they discovered her body.
In the wake of the tragedy, Ms Clarke's grieving family has spoken publicly, remembering her as a kind and loving person. Her aunt, Tracey Clarke, described her niece as "a good girl" who was deeply cherished. "She was a good girl, she was loved," Ms Clarke told The Cairns Post.
The family's profound loss is compounded by the upcoming anniversary of another tragedy. Richarna Clarke's father passed away just one year ago, making this period especially difficult for her loved ones.
