Witchery White Shirt Campaign Returns for 2026, Marking 18 Years of Ovarian Cancer Support
The Witchery White Shirt Campaign has officially returned for 2026, celebrating its 18th consecutive year of raising vital funds and awareness for ovarian cancer research. Originally inspired by the traditional white lab coat, this initiative has evolved into one of Australia's most recognised and sought-after fashion-led charity efforts.
Collaboration with St. Agni Brings Three New Designs
This year, Witchery has partnered with Byron Bay-based brand St. Agni to create not just one, but three distinct white shirt designs. The collaboration aims to refresh the campaign while maintaining its core mission of supporting the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF).
Fronted by 33 of Australia's most influential women across fashion, media, entertainment, and sport, the campaign features prominent figures such as Phoebe Tonkin, Steph Claire Smith, Anna Heinrich, Indy Clinton, and Samantha Harris. Their involvement helps amplify the message and reach a broader audience.
100% of Proceeds Donated to OCRF
For every white shirt sold, Witchery commits to donating 100% of the gross proceeds directly to the OCRF. Over the years, this campaign has raised nearly $18 million, contributing significantly to research efforts focused on early detection tests and more effective treatments for ovarian cancer.
The shirts are available for purchase starting today, May 7, through Witchery stores, online platforms, and selected David Jones and Myer locations. This wide availability ensures that supporters across Australia can easily participate in the cause.
Impact and Importance of the Campaign
Robin Penty, CEO of the OCRF, emphasised the campaign's enduring impact, stating, "It is hard to overstate the power and the impact The Witchery White Shirt Campaign continues to have. For 18 years, the campaign has played a fundamental role in driving awareness and raising critical funds for ovarian cancer research. Each white shirt purchased enables the research needed to develop earlier detection methods and more effective treatment."
The campaign highlights the urgent need for increased research funding, as ovarian cancer remains a significant health challenge with limited early detection options. By combining fashion with philanthropy, Witchery continues to shine a spotlight on this critical issue.
