Tess Crosley, the woman at the centre of Lachie and Jules Neale's marriage saga, appears to be literally moving on from the drama that unfolded in late 2025. The Queensland-based mother shared a social media post over the weekend hinting at her departure from her family home and a move to a new residence.
Moving on from the past
Tess, who shares a young child with husband Ben, was pictured in the living room of an empty home, dressed casually in dark baggy pants and a white T-shirt. The couple, who previously lived together in Brisbane, are believed to be separated. In her Instagram story, she captioned the image: "Moving feels like this emoji ?" The post was soundtracked to rapper Lil Uzi Vert's song What You Saying, with lyrics that include "She don't stop, keep going"—perhaps a nod to her determination to move forward.
A new chapter for Jules Neale
Tess's major life update comes after Jules Neale decided to return home to Perth in early 2026, following her split from dual Brownlow medallist Lachie Neale. The former couple share two children, and Lachie flies back to visit them regularly when his playing schedule allows. In recent weeks, Jules announced her return to hairdressing, a career she successfully built in WA before relocating to Queensland for Lachie's footy career in late 2018. "Beautiful Perth clients I'm back on the tools! Doing what I love!" she declared. With 19 years of experience, Jules will work at Studio C Artistry in Mt Pleasant from June. She updated keen clients on Tuesday, saying her "bookings are filling up fast with so many new faces, and some old ones too." Jules is also launching a new hair styling venture called Vela. To reset for her "new chapter," she enjoyed a quiet getaway to the Maldives in recent days.
