Keith Urban Splashes Cash on Self-Care After Nicole Kidman Split
Keith Urban Spends Big on Self-Care Post-Split

A well-placed source has revealed that Keith Urban has 'dropped a small fortune' on self-care treatments to fill the void following his highly-publicised split from Nicole Kidman.

The Blue Ain't Your Colour rocker, who finalised his divorce from Kidman in January, is reportedly 'anxious about flying solo' in the wake of his 19-year marriage breakdown, an insider told Woman's Day.

Noting his appearance at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas last month, they added that he 'didn't look comfortable at all' at the event, which marked his first red carpet event since his split.

'It's clear he was a little lost without his former other half,' the source shared.

Now, a separate insider has told the publication that the 58-year-old is turning to retail therapy to fill the void and calm the nerves, dubbing him a 'metrosexual' who 'loves' a bit of self-care.

'He loves getting pampered at the spa, getting massages, getting his hair highlighted, his nails done, and now at this stage in life he's also very big into treatments to tighten his skin,' the insider claims.

'He just dropped a small fortune… to get ready for his tour and all the promo.'

Urban's recent cash splash comes after reports that he was 'hurt' amid rumours of tension between him and his daughters.

In April, Urban's eldest daughter Sunday Rose, 17, unfollowed the country crooner before quietly re-following him a few hours later, a move that Urban took as a 'personal' snub.

'Sunday knew exactly what she was doing,' a source told journalist Rob Shuter, adding: 'It was a pointed move, and Keith got the message loud and clear.'

According to Shuter's source, it was Kidman who urged Sunday to re-follow her father, despite understanding how 'upset' she is.

'Nicole was the one who told her to take the high road and cut it out,' they continued.

'She understood why Sunday was upset, but she also knew making it public would only make things worse.'

'Keith is hurt. He knows this wasn't just about Instagram. It was personal.'

Following their parents' divorce, Sunday and her sister Faith have continued to live with their mother, with divorce documents revealing that Urban sees them 'every other weekend'.
