The day commences with an extended edition of Sunrise, featuring weather presenter Sam Mac broadcasting live from The Royal Children's Hospital. The official Good Friday Appeal coverage begins at 10am on Seven in Melbourne and streams live nationally on 7plus.
Hosting duties for the 2026 appeal fall to the dynamic trio of Larry Emdur, Johanna Griggs, and 7NEWS Melbourne's Peter Mitchell. They will be joined by a formidable lineup including Rebecca Maddern, Jane Bunn, Mike Amor, Karina Carvalho, and Tyra Stowers.
