Clarendon & Domaine Homes Win Four 2025 HIA Hunter Awards
Hunter Home Builders Win Four HIA Awards

The Hunter region's building excellence was on full display as two prominent home builders, Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes, celebrated a triumphant night at the 2025 Hunter HIA Awards. The companies, both operating under The Campbell Property Group, combined to take home a total of four prestigious category wins, cementing their reputation for quality and innovative design in the competitive Newcastle and Hunter property market.

A Night of Double Success for Display Homes

Clarendon Homes proved its mastery in the premium display home market by securing two major awards. The builder's Lakeside 31 design was crowned the winner in the Display Home $800,000 - $900,000 division. Not stopping there, Clarendon's Stamford 41 design took out the top honour in the highly competitive Display Home over $900,000 category.

Meanwhile, its sister company, Domaine Homes, also impressed the judges, claiming victory in two separate categories. Domaine won the Display Home up to $400,000 award for its Sohar 25 design and the Display Home $500,000 to $550,000 category for the Orlando 33.

A Reflection of Teamwork and Craftsmanship

Jody Pymble, Regional Sales Manager for Clarendon Homes, expressed immense pride in the team's achievement. "We are incredibly proud to have won these awards," Ms Pymble said. "It's not just an honour; it signifies the hard work, dedication and creativity of our entire team and reflects our commitment to excellence in design, quality and customer experience."

She emphasised that this recognition strengthens the companies' resolve to continue pushing the boundaries of innovation. The wins are seen as a direct result of the 45 years of collective industry knowledge that the teams at Clarendon and Domaine possess. This deep expertise allows them to design homes that not only meet high standards of quality but also create a lasting impression.

Expanding Access for Hunter Home Buyers

This award-winning quality is becoming more accessible to the public. Clarendon Homes has recently opened two new display homes in Watagan Park, with more planned for the Huntlee development. This expansion is a key part of the group's strategy to bring its high-quality designs to more people across the Hunter region.

With over 70 thoughtfully designed floor plans on offer, Clarendon provides extensive flexibility for buyers to personalise layouts, ensuring every home can be tailored to unique preferences and lifestyles.

Ms Pymble concluded by offering gratitude to everyone involved, stating that the awards are a true reflection of the passion and skill honed over years of perfecting their craft. The recognition at the HIA Awards powerfully underpins the shared mission of Clarendon and Domaine Homes: to build the future, one exceptional home at a time.
