Peter Lang is described as Caucasian with an average build and balding hair. He was last seen wearing a navy jacket and blue jeans, and may also be wearing a beanie. Police note that due to his dementia, Lang may be non-verbal if approached.

Lang is known to frequent Canberra Grammar School, Red Hill shops, and Griffith shops. His family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare due to his age and medical condition.
