Details of the Incident

According to ACT Policing, the incident took place on the evening of March 23, 2024, around 8:30 PM. Two individuals on e-bikes were seen performing burnouts in the shopping centre's undercover area, leaving significant rubber marks on the floor. The riders then fled the scene before security could intervene.

Property Damage and Investigation

The burnout marks caused damage to the shopping centre's flooring, which is expected to require cleaning and potential repair. Police have released images of the two e-bikes and are asking anyone with information to come forward. "We are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage that could assist our investigation," said a police spokesperson.
