A Russian artist and outspoken critic of President Vladimir Putin has been shot dead in Poland, according to local authorities. Robert Kuzovkov, 42, was found with gunshot wounds in his apartment in Warsaw on Tuesday evening. Polish police have launched a murder investigation but have not yet identified any suspects.
