Perth's hospitality scene has a bold new addition with the official opening of Bangla, an Asian dining concept from the Nokturnl group, located at The Station in South Perth.
Launch Party Draws Crowd
Guests gathered beneath The Station on Mends Street to celebrate the opening, enjoying roaming canapés, colorful cocktails, and a live DJ. The event was inspired by the energy of Asia's greatest dining districts.
Nokturnl directors Ross Drennan and Drew Flanagan welcomed attendees alongside Bangla head chef Thanapat "Teddy" Rattichot and restaurant manager Lucy Markey, raising a toast to the group's fourth Asian dining concept.
Bangla Replaces Ludo
Bangla officially opened to the public last week, taking over the space previously occupied by fine dining restaurant Ludo, which closed last month. The new venue brings bold share-style dining, vibrant cocktails, and a late-night atmosphere to South Perth.
According to Nokturnl, Bangla draws inspiration from the sensory excitement of Asia's iconic dining precincts, aiming to offer a lively experience for diners.
