A man recognized by Guinness World Records for having the smallest penis has successfully raised funds for enlargement surgery through a crowdfunding campaign. The man, who has not been publicly named, raised over $100,000 to undergo a procedure aimed at increasing both length and girth.

Dr. Michael O'Leary, a urologist at Harvard Medical School, confirmed the surgery is scheduled for next month. The patient's penis measures just 1.5 centimeters (0.6 inches) when flaccid and 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) erect. The procedure will involve a combination of fat transfer and ligament release techniques.
“This is a life-changing opportunity for him,” Dr. O'Leary said. “The condition has caused significant psychological distress and impacted his quality of life.”
Crowdfunding campaign details
The GoFundMe campaign, launched three months ago, reached its goal within two weeks. Donors contributed amounts ranging from $5 to $10,000, with many leaving messages of support. The campaign page stated that the man had been bullied since childhood and hoped the surgery would improve his confidence.
According to the Guinness World Records, the previous record holder had a penis length of 1.6 centimeters flaccid. The current record holder's measurement was verified by a medical professional in 2024.

The man plans to undergo the surgery in a private clinic in New York City. Recovery is expected to take six to eight weeks, after which he hopes to pursue a normal romantic relationship and engage in activities he previously avoided due to embarrassment.
