Regarding Ryan, she said he was a quiet adventurer who loved bull riding, describing it as "the kind of wild, fearless pursuit that defined him." Another relative expressed the family's overwhelming grief, writing, "Leroy you have left another hole in our hearts that will not heal. Our crazy funny loving boy, six months after losing Ryan. Words can't explain how shattered we all are."
