A man has sustained serious injuries following a targeted drive-by shooting at a residential property in Western Sydney on Saturday night.
Shots Fired into Lalor Park Home
The incident occurred on Northcott Road in Lalor Park at approximately 11:35pm on Saturday. According to New South Wales Police, multiple gunshots were fired into the home from a passing vehicle.
A 46-year-old man who was inside the property at the time was struck by the gunfire. Emergency services were promptly called to the scene.
Emergency Response and Police Investigation
Paramedics treated the injured man at the location before transporting him to hospital. Authorities have confirmed he was in a stable condition upon arrival for further medical care.
Following the shooting, an unknown number of individuals are reported to have fled the area in a car. Riverstone detectives have taken charge of the investigation and have established a comprehensive crime scene as they work to piece together the events.
