Fourth Man Sought After Three Charged Over Sydney Balcony Death

Police are searching for a fourth man after three people were charged with murder following a fatal balcony fall in Sydney's Castle Hill. Jake Campbell, 31, is wanted on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of a 44-year-old man on May 17.

Emergency services were called to a unit complex on Crane Rd at about 2.40am after reports of shouting from a balcony. Officers found the victim with serious injuries in a garden outside the building. He later died.

Superintendent Naomi Moore said a violent confrontation occurred inside the unit before the fall. "The victim was so badly assaulted that he took drastic action to try and save himself, but it unfortunately resulted in his catastrophic injuries," she told a press conference on Friday.
