Three Charged, Manhunt for Fourth After Balcony Death in Sydney

Three people have been charged with murder and police are searching for a fourth suspect after a 44-year-old man fell to his death from a unit balcony in Sydney's northwest.

Nathan Hill was found with serious injuries in a garden bed at a unit complex on Crane Rd in Castle Hill about 2.40am on Sunday. Emergency services had been called after reports of a man screaming for help.

Police allege there was a violent confrontation inside the unit before Hill fell. Superintendent Naomi Moore said the victim was brutally assaulted and took drastic action to save himself, but suffered catastrophic injuries.
