TV star Samantha Armytage has sold her Moss Vale renovation project for $2.1 million, just nine days after listing. The property was marketed by Bradley Cocks of Drew Lindsay Sotheby's Bowral with a price guide of $2.1 million to $2.3 million.
Armytage purchased the unrenovated 1960s home for $1.3 million in March 2024, shortly before her separation from equestrian businessman Richard Lavender. The sale was to Kim Greeshaw.
Set on a 1,920 square metre block, the classic weatherboard cottage features a full-width porch, French doors, VJ panelled walls, and a combustion fireplace. The home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an ensuite to the master bedroom.
Armytage renovated the kitchen into a bright, white country-style space with a farmhouse sink, freestanding 900mm gas cooker, island bench, breakfast nook, and walk-in pantry. The kitchen and dining area were opened up during the renovation.
Armytage quit Sydney in 2020, selling her North Bondi home for $3.15 million due to privacy issues. She and Lavender lived at his 40-hectare Berrima estate until their late 2024 separation. Armytage also recently sold her Hyams Beach cottage for $2.75 million and retains a Rushcutters Bay apartment.
