The father of Katie Price's husband, Lee Andrews, has broken his silence on the disappearance, claiming his son is being held in a Dubai prison. Peter Andrews told the Daily Mail that Lee is under arrest, not kidnapped, though he is unsure of the charges.
Katie Price, 48, had reported her husband missing and filed a report with the British Embassy in Dubai. She previously stated she believed Andrews, 43, had been kidnapped. However, Dubai police denied three days ago that Andrews was detained.
Price quickly disputed her father-in-law's claims on social media, calling them 'fake news' and insisting Lee is still missing. She added that she and his family are working on the situation.
A police insider told the publication that Lee Andrews has been arrested. Meanwhile, The Sun's Clemmie Moodie reported that Andrews is actually laying low in a run-down villa in Dubai, not kidnapped as Price believes.
Last night, Andrews reappeared on social media after eight days, following a mystery woman named Marisol. Price was reportedly disgusted and incensed by his return, which occurred on her 48th birthday. Fans alerted Price after spotting Andrews had added Marisol, who previously used an online matchmaking service for millionaires.
Price's last contact with Andrews came when he claimed he had been arrested and taken to a 'black site'.
